500mg CBD 1 drop = approx. 2.5mg CBD (Cannabidiol) Take 2-5 drops of CBD oil up to 3 times a day. Hold drops under tongue for 1 minute before swallowing.

1000mg CBD 1 drop = approx. 5mg CBD (Cannabidiol)Take 1-3 drops of CBD oil up to 3 times a day. Hold drops under tongue for 1 minute before swallowing.

1500mg CBD 1 drop = approx. 7.5mg CBD (Cannabidiol) Take 1-2 drops of CBD oil up to 3 times a day. Hold drops under tongue for 1 minute before swallowing.

Do not exceed the daily dosage of 70mg CBD. Food supplements shot not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
